| Starting with DAHDI version 2.5, the Xorcom Hardware Echo Cancellation (HWEC) module is supported by the officially released DAHDI package. However, due to the fact that the HWEC firmware developed by Octasic is not an open source product, the firmware is not provided as a part of the standard DAHDI package and must be applied manually.
