Rapid Recovery for Intel D945GCLF with Atom Processor - Workaround

Problem

It is not possible to use the Xorcom Rapid Recovery™ card with computers equipped with an Intel D945GCLF motherboard and an Atom processor. The computer is unable to boot from the Rapid Recovery card and the message "Boot error" appears on the display.

Solution

Define the following parameters in the Boot menu of the motherboard's BIOS settings:

USB Boot - Enabled

Boot USB devices first - Enabled

USB Mass Storage Emulation Type - All fixed disk
