TCO
Telco Connection Option (P/N XR0034)
The TCO is an optional factory installed add-on for Astribank-32 FXS (P/N XR0008) and Astribank-24 FXS (P/N XR0005) designed to simplify wiring, especially in high volume installations.
Astribank with Telco Connector Option (Rear Panel)
The TCO routes all the 32 (or 24) FXS ports to the Astribank rear panel telecom connector. A special telecom cable with 32 color-coded twisted pairs (supplied as part of the option) routes the 32 ports to the building telephony wiring Crone.
The Telco port is connected in parallel to the front panel FXS ports, and does not disable it – so the front panel RJ11 connectors can be use in parallel with the Telco port for maintenance or other purposes. In addition, the indication lights are active when the Telco port is in use.
