New Product: Astribank BRI-FXS™

New members have joined the Xorcom Astribank line to provide support for BRI ISDN connectivity. The new models, known as Astribank BRI-FXS, support up to 8 BRI ports and up to 24 FXS ports in the same 19" 1U enclosure.
The first model, XR0029, has 4 BRI ports and 8 FXS ports and is ready for immediate delivery. All the other BRI-FXS models will be available in August 2007,for additional information…

Astribank Implemented in South African Apartment Complexes Project

A design based on multiple Astribank 32 FXS units, (up to 512 ports on a single PC), was chosen for multi-site condominiums in South Africa. The first site was installed and activated a week ago.
The company preferred the Xorcom product to the competing gateway solution due to Astribank’s ease of implementation and central management capabilities. Astribank’s superior system design, an architecture with fewer points of failure, was also a factor in the decision.
