Astribank FXO Module (XR0025)

FXO is used for connecting Asterisk PBX to analog lines (and in some cases for connecting Asterisk PBX to legacy PBX). Each FXO module has 8 ports for 8 analog telephone lines. Astribank full size (1U) unit is cable of carrying up to 4 FXO modules supporting up to 32 analog lines.

FXO also supports fax, however, when using FXO and ISDN (BRI or PRI digital telephony) on the same sysem, fax line has to be connected to ISDN.
