CompletePBX 5.0.58 – Improved Reporting and Email Integration

Oct 30, 2018 | CompletePBX Change Log, VoIP PBX Technical Updates

DID (Direct Inbound Dialing) in Queue Log

Special messages that contain DID information are sent now to the “queue_log”.

It is now possible to create reports based on DID in Call Center Statistics.

Changing “From” Email Address for System Notifications

It is now possible to define the “envelop From e-mail address” in the Origin field in ADMIN -> System Settings ->  Email Settings.

PBX Email From Address in PBX GUI

When this field contains an email address (e.g., Joe@example.com) then this value will be used as the envelop From e-mail address. When the field contains a domain name (e.g., example.com) then this value will be used as the “origin” domain.

If the SMTP server accepts emails that are originated by its registered user then you have to define such user email address here (e.g., john@example.com.) If the SMTP server just verifies the sender domain name then you can define a domain name that has valid MX DNS records defined (e.g., example.com.)

Bug Fixes

  • FOP2 Switchboard does not update button name upon changes of corresponding extension name.  Fixed.
