I have a xorcom XE2000 IP PBX and i´m having a issue with call monitoring. The audio recordings of incoming calls are out of sync. When i listening to call recordings, both interlocutors are heard with a lag of a few seconds and it´s impossible understand the conversation.

Hi Angulo, what version of CPBX are you running? is this for all calls? Internal, external(in and out).

As for calls, only happens with incoming calls.

Hi Angulo, this is a known issue with Elastix. I suggest you move to CompletePBX.

My hardware is not capable for CPBX, the serial number of my xorcom is lower than X1062961. Any other solution?

You don´t need to run CPBX5. Complete 4 would be fine.

HI,
How to update to Complete PBX 4 from Elastix? I have not found the installer CPBX4 in Xorcom´s Web.

It depends on the model you have. But most likely you´ll need to do it using Xorcom RapidRecovery. Keep in mind that you´ll have to reconfigure everything as configurations are not compatible.

HW Rev:2.3
P/N: XE2093 

I understand that RapidRecovery will use to restore a previously backup. Now i have a configuration backup of Elastix. How to i can make the upgrade to CPBX4 using RapidRecovey. I´m sorry, but I’m somewhat lost with the update process. I have the pbx in a production enviromnet and i should be fast in the upgrade proccess and later configuration.

Hi Angulo, you need to download the image for CPBX4 and place it on the RR. You can contact your distributor to get the link to download it.
