New CompletePBX Release – 5.2.33

In this release: Auto-provisioning and Zero-touch support for Poly phones, support for Poly Edge family phones, and bug fixes.

IMPORTANT NOTE! When upgrading from version 5.0.59 or older, follow the following procedure (click to expand)
If you are upgrading a Spark system, you may ignore the special instructions.
For any other system of version 5.0.59 or lower please perform the following steps:

1. run
yum install xorcom-centos-release

2.  run
yum update

This will ensure the system will be updated from the correct repositories.

PBX Improvements

General

  • The blacklist module will now show which extension added the phone number in the description.
IP PBX Phone Provisioning
  • We have added the possibility of getting the external authentication server login dialog directly without needing to click the “Login with OpenID Connect” button on the generic CompletePBX login dialog. The https://<PBX-address>/delegate-oidc URL can be used for it.
  • Added support to communicate with OpenID Connect servers with self-signed certificates

Auto Provisioning

  • Change Polycom to Poly
  • Added support for the following Poly SIP phones:
    • VVX250,VVX301,VVX401,VVX411,VVX501
    • Edge 100, Edge 220, Edge 300, Edge 320, Edge 350, Edge 400, Edge 450, Edge 550
  • Zero-touch is now supported for Poly phones.

API

  • Added method reboot_endpoint_devices for restarting IP phones.

Hospitality

  • Added support for deleting PMS voicemail messages (the “XD” command in the FIAS protocol)

Bug Fixes

  • The apply_config and destroy_trunk API functions work properly again now. (Regression since v.5.2.30)
  • Complete Concierge can now properly handle the  “XL” FIAS protocol message in the Debian environment.
  • Poly SIP phones can now be rebooted from the Device Mapping dialog
