Hi, I have a customer that us using ccqstats/realtime.php – for real time call queue reporting.  They can see which agaent on the phone, which agent is busy, not missing answered calls, unanswered calls, abandon rate, ave wait, ave duration, etc.  Does anyone have any ideas?

ok, what is the proble?, are you missing data on the realtime report?
Please make sure that asterinlog is running.
