When I make an outgoing call, I need to manipulate the Outgoing Caller ID so that the person receiving the call sees the CID number I choose.

Hi Novac,
This feature is not available yet, but it is in our backlog.

Hi Novac,
Please note that external CID can be configured on extensions module . So each time this extension will make external call PBX will use this CID
