Is anyone have facing audio issues after installing the cloudphone? Mine is similar thus need your assistance in this regard.

One way RTP usually result of wrong NAT configuration make sure that
1. SIP and RTP ports are forwarded to the PBX
2. SIP external IP:Port are set on the SIP external settings
The fastest way to check the problem cause will be to:
1. enable log on the Cloudphone
2. start a trace on the firewall
3. start a trace on the PBX
4. dial *71 from the Cloudphone
Compare the logs and check where the RTP travels
