How can I create a CoS to allow calls to only some extensions?

Hello! good day.

I write to the forum looking for help. I need an extension to mark only two extensions, that is to say that the dialing is restricted to all other local extensions.

I did the following, but it did not work. Is there anything I need to do?
1.- I did a dialing restrinction rules with: 13, 41 (the two extensions I want to mark)
2.- I made a feactures categories and just put the echo test rule.
3.- I did a CoS with dialing restrunction rules and the feactures categories created in points 1 and 2.
4.- to the extension I put the CoS created.

Hi Andres
The route restriction works only on external dials, so it will not restrict internal numbers.( Reference P93 on the user manual ).
In case it’s an FXS extension, you can set hotline which will dial some IVR with those 2 extensions dialing options
In case it’s a SIP client you can set the diaplan also on the SIP client side

In any other case it can be done manually on the dialplan, please contact support@xorcom.com
