Hello,
-proposes to insert the function to record an existing message through a targeted code, in this way the end customer can change his messages without having to log in via a web interface. And it’s much simpler.
Eg:
register or upload a message, which is automatically associated with the code * 97201,
typing this code from any extension I’m going to edit the recording.

-The phonebook synchronized with the phones would also be excellent, currently there is only speeddial.

hi, in the 5.0.43 release the address book has been added, but you can only load it from a csv file. It would be nice if you could even edit and insert from the web interface.
Congratulations I see that updates and introduction of new features are very frequent.

I take this opportunity to ask you how I can try recording calls in the cloud. I do not understand if you need to register in a portal.

Thank you

Hi Christian,
Thanks for the feedback!
We will take your suggestion into account (editing contacts via web interface).
As for Cloud Call Recordings, the process is very simple:

  1. go to:  https://xorcom.callcabinet.com/Account/Register?d=xorcom
  2. enter full details, including a web URL, username and password
  3. to log in go to https://xorcom.callcabinet.com, and use the username and password set on the previous dialog
  4. go to Settings (left menu, gear icon) -> Sites
  5. copy the Customer ID and Site ID
  6. go to CompletePBX GUI -> PBX Settings:
    1. set Cloud Recording -> Enabled – Yes
    2. paste Customer ID and Site ID which you copied from the cloud recording GUI
    3. save settings
  7. Done.  Now you can start recording in the cloud.
  8. In case you are not an end user, inform us of the new account so that we will turn this into a reseller account.
