IP PBX ForumCategory: PBX How ToPhone showing no service

So, we have a new phone we are rolling out and it’s showing no service on the screen.  In the PBX, the phone shows under extension, BUT, when I go to the section for restart phones, the phone does NOT show up.  I’m missing something, but I’m also new to this Xorcom thing.  It seems that the phone is not registered in the system, but I’m at a loss for how to remedy that.  I’ve compared two phones (one working to one that is not) and I still can ‘t see what I’m doing wrong.  
 
Can someone point me in the right direction?
