Hello, I have a problem when I want to listen to the CDR recordings, I can listen to the audions on some PCs and on other PCs I cannot listen to them. I know it is a problem with the PC but I have not been able to find what it is.

Hi Salaices

Are you from Sotelecom?
I would suggest checking with a problematic PC that is connected to the PBX network, the idea is to avoid any external firewall or web policer that might block the audio.
