Any chance of getting some Call Statistics in the main module similar to “concurrent call” which has been super helpful. Inbound, Outbound and Internal would be awesome.

StatExplorer has Calls : Simultaneous calls report, did you try it?

Hi Eyal,
How do I navigate the there? I only see status and Concurrent Calls under Call Reports. If I search for StatExplorer or Simultaneous in the search window I get nothing. I’m at 5.1.29

I thought you have installed the StatExplorer application…
That reports are part of that application
