IP PBX ForumCategory: PBX How ToWrong time in CDR datetime field CPBX5
Cristian SantamariaCristian Santamaria asked 6 years ago
I have a problem with the cdr, it does not take the local time of the system, it takes the universal time.

This is the output of timedatectl status command:

Local time: Wed 2018-09-26 13:02:14 CDT
Universal time: Wed 2018-09-26 18:02:14 UTC
RTC time: Wed 2018-09-26 18:02:14
Time zone: America/Mexico_City (CDT, -0500)
NTP enabled: no
NTP synchronized: yes
RTC in local TZ: no
DST active: yes
Last DST change: DST began at
Sun 2018-04-01 01:59:59 CST
Sun 2018-04-01 03:00:00 CDT
Next DST change: DST ends (the clock jumps one hour backwards) at
Sun 2018-10-28 01:59:59 CDT
Sun 2018-10-28 01:00:00 CST

I make a test call at 13:04 hours, but in the cdr, in the datetime field it registers as 18:14.
What settings do I have to make to correct the time?

Regards.

Hi Cristian
The CDR module present timezone which was set to the corresponded user.
So in case you are an admin with timezone America/Mexico_City the CDR module will use that timezone.
You can set it on the User module ( ADMIN=>Admin=>Users and look for your username )
