1. upgrade your system to 5.1.19.1
2. license the PBX with CloudPhone Desktop Annual license
3. make sure the Email settings configured
4. set External Provisioning address on the cloudphone default profile
5. create a Desktop device, reset the password and you will get an email that will contain
– link to download the application
– username
– password
6. install the application, set credentials and that is all
