Voicemails not sending to email

We’re trying to setup our voicemail to email service. smtp.office365.com, port 587, TLS set to yes. Authentication is my email address and password, while the origin & from address are both the address of an Office365 group. I’m member and owner of the private group. I’ve double checked my credentials are correct, but our tests of the saved settings still don’t come to our inboxes (nor our junk folders). The message we get back is below. Any thoughts?

To which address are you trying to send the E-Mail? Office365emailAddress?
Please also try setting the Origin and From Address to be the same as username@smtp.office365.com
