good afternoon! I send a cordial greeting.

I have a blue model with voice mailboxes configured in all my extensions.

When I leave a voice mailbox, notifications from the phones on the BLF flash correctly.

At the moment of deleting the mailbox, the BLF does not stop blinking by itself.

I have seen that when I reload the asterisk, the voice mailbox stops blinking.

already probe with 2 different SIP IP phones.

Grandstream

I would really appreciate it if anyone knew what it could be

Which cpbx version are you running? which BLF have you set?

the version is 5.0.63
Sorry! I got confused.
It is not the BLF that does not disappear, it is the voice mailbox indicator LED.

I have only one account
When listening to the voicemail menu, it tells me that there are no voice mailboxes anymore. however the indicator of the phones do not allow to turn on and off, until I do a reload to the asterisk .

Note that this happens in mailboxes that have not yet changed the password after dialing * 97.

in the versión 5.0.64 the fix its was corrected.

– Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) polling did not always work properly. Fixed (Asterisk 13.25.0)
