PBX Improvements

General

  • Now it is possible to call back the person who left the voicemail message. This option is a part of the “Advanced” IVR menu the user hears when interacting with the Voicemail box. The new feature is disabled by default.
IP PBX Phone Provisioning
  • A time group matching fails when the user forgets to define the start period conditions (“Time to Start”, “Week Day Start”, etc). Now, CompletePBX automatically generates reasonable start conditions for such a case.

User Interface

    • Added the Relations tab to the Class of Service, Custom Application, Announcements, Trunks, Night Mode, Time Conditions, Time Group, and Custom Destinations modules.
IP PBX Phone Provisioning
  • The Voicemail Broadcast Groups password is no longer mandatory.
  • Standardized ‘PIN’ terminology across all modules to avoid confusion.
  • The IVR parameter has been moved from the General tab to the Announcement Settings tab in the Queue module. Now, the IVR, Announcement, and Frequency parameters that should be configured consistently are all in one place.

  • Fixed an issue with Debian 11 backups that were made on a system with MariaDB v.10.5.26 installed, which cannot be restored on Debian 12 and Centos-based PBX.
  • When enabled, The user portal Password will now be sent to the user’s Email when importing extensions.
  • Fixed an issue with the Email Settings dialogue. The Username and Password fields appear despite “No Authentication” being selected after the user clicks the “Save” button. The problem happened on the Debian-based PBXes.
  • Auto Provisioning
    • Fixed an issue on auto-provisioning Grandstream DP710/715 devices using the wrong SIP parameters.
