New CompletePBX Release – 5.2.1

In this release: improvements in queue reporting and Twinstar settings, bug fixes.

IMPORTANT NOTE! When upgrading from version 5.0.59 or older, follow the following procedure (click to expand)
If you are upgrading a Spark system, you may ignore the special instructions.
For any other system of version 5.0.59 or lower please perform the following steps:

1. run
yum install xorcom-centos-release

2.  run
yum update

This will ensure the system will be updated from the correct repositories.

PBX Improvements

Queue Reports

Queue call table in StatExplorer now has a new Hangup by column, showing which party hung up the call – caller or agent.

Report filter now honors the “Start of week day” set by the user when filtering for This week:

Twinstar High Availability

Network Settings dialogue is now hidden in Twinstar systems to avoid potential cluster issues when attempting to manage the settings via the module.

Bug Fixes

  • Swift/Spark fails to complete software updates when updating via the GUI. For systems that have already experienced the issue, contact support@xorcom.com. For systems that did not yet upgrade to 5.1.30 or higher – no special action is required.
  • No caller ID on IAX2 calls. Potentially affected versions 5.1.11-5.2.0.
  • Out of memory when there are a lot of inbound routes configured.
  • Problems in restoring a system with Complete Concierge installed.
  • In some cases, the new Return Callback did not behave according to the settings in Settings -> PBX Settings -> System General
  • Various minor fixes.
