IMPORTANT NOTE! When upgrading from version 5.0.59 or older, follow the following procedure (click to expand)
If you are upgrading a Spark system, you may ignore the special instructions. For any other system of version 5.0.59 or lower please perform the following steps:
1. run
yum install xorcom-centos-release
2. run yum update
This will ensure the system will be updated from the correct repositories.
Audit Log Improvements
Access to the following modules was added to the log:
Object ID is now part of the details provided
Opening any module under:

New actions logged:
- Firewall – Enable/Disable
- Intrusion Prevention – Enable/Disable

Relations Tab
- Boss/Secretary destination/source now appears on Relations tab
- Followme extensions now appear on Relations tab
Global Search
New items are now searchable with Global Search:
- Call back numbers
- Custom destinations
- Emergency (description)
Supervision Switchboard
A new filter is available to select extensions to be shown based on activity: all, active, inactive, ringing, ringing & active.
Complete Concierge – Hotel PMS Integration
- An automated task was added to the Task Manager to automatically delete old PMS messages from CompletePBX.
- Direct links to GUI modules – it is now possible to create links directly to specific modules in the CompletePBX GUI.
Bug Fixes
- Wrong CDR time in some timezone settings
- Use Incoming CID doesn’t work (v.5.2.16)
- Can’t edit extension Internal CID (v.5.2.16)
- An error when uninstalling Complete Concierge
