New CompletePBX Release – 5.2.4

In this release: PBX Improvements, New Maintenance Section, StatExplorer PBX Statistics update.
IMPORTANT NOTE! When upgrading from version 5.0.59 or older, follow the following procedure (click to expand)
If you are upgrading a Spark system, you may ignore the special instructions.
For any other system of version 5.0.59 or lower please perform the following steps:

1. run
yum install xorcom-centos-release

2.  run
yum update

This will ensure the system will be updated from the correct repositories.

PBX Improvements

Outbound calling access code (prefix) is now supported when using the Mexican dial plan module.

New Maintenance Section

A new Maintenance section was added to the CompletePBX menu, under Admin.

License Status and Updates were moved to the new Maintenance section.

A new Diagnostics dialogue was added, with the ability to bulk download system data. Pressing the System Data button will generate a report with the current system data, including relevant software, hardware and configuration data to assist in solving technical issues.

It is highly recommended to attach the System Data file to any technical support call in order to shorten the resolution time.

StatExplorer PBX Statistics

It is now possible to set the interval for the SLA (previously hard-coded to 15-second interval)

StatExplorer now supports correct DID presentation when the DID is set to “To” header in the Trunk setting.

In Queue Reports the percentage calculation under SLA refers to the percentage of the answered calls only (not answered+failed calls).

It is now possible to set a minimum duration for abandoned calls consideration. Calls abandoned before the set duration, will not be counted as abandoned calls. To set the duration edit the value in /etc/statexplorer/Settings.php

$MIN_QUEUE_DURATION_FOR_ABANDON = 0;

Queue report tables now have a Total line that sums up the columns:
