New CompletePBX Release – 5.2.7

In this release: User permissions in StatExplorer, additional improvements in StatExplorer and Switchboard. Diagnostic mode for troubleshooting, additional improvements, and bug fixes.

IMPORTANT NOTE! When upgrading from version 5.0.59 or older, follow the following procedure (click to expand)
If you are upgrading a Spark system, you may ignore the special instructions.
For any other system of version 5.0.59 or lower please perform the following steps:

1. run
yum install xorcom-centos-release

2.  run
yum update

This will ensure the system will be updated from the correct repositories.

PBX Improvements

PBX Statistics – StatExplorer

  • It is now possible to limit user permissions in StatExplorer, determining to which data each user has access. Permissions are configured in StatExplorer: Settings -> Add, Modify, Delete a User.

  • The default Maximum time of agent session reported was changed to 9:00 hours and can be changed in settings.

      Supervision Switchboard

      • The Pickup option now shows up only for ringing channels
      • Significantly reduced load on the system when operating Switchboard


        • New Diagnostic Mode – a new Diagnostic Mode button is now available under ADMIN -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics. In this mode the system will record detailed logs and other information in order to assist in quickly troubleshooting issues. Upon activation, the system will start 10 minutes of running in this mode, after which it will turn off and download the zipped data folder. It can also be manually stopped and downloaded at any given time. The correct use of this mode would be:
          • Activate Diagnostic Mode. The system will gather information and start Diagnostic Mode.
          • Wait for the timer to start counting down (indicating the mode is activated)
          • Reproduce the issue
          • Stop and Download 
          • Send the zipped file to the technical support representative


        • During activation of the Diagnostic Mode, the system may experience overload in some cases.
        • The generated file also includes the system information that is generated when you click on the “System Data” button.

        • The System Data button now indicates when the file is being generated.

        Additional PBX Improvements

        • Caller ID of transferred call party is displayed on the CloudPhone screen after the attended transfer is completed.
        • It is now possible to create a serial number for new systems (VMs) directly from the GUI (ADMIN -> Maintenance -> License Status).

        • Improved validation for External IP in the Trunk dialogue.
        • Optimizations in the database operations to avoid data corruption when several applications try to write data.

        Bug Fixes

        • In some cases, StatExplorer Queue Service Level fails.
        • Error when opening the Endpoint Manager -> Templates dialogue.
        • CDR search issues (v.5.2.5-6).
        • Hteck provisioning missing Acocunt Label settings.
        • Error when performing search in Hebrew.
        • Fanvil X5S, X6 not provisioned correctly (Timezone and the BLF parameters).
